Gentle Reflexology and Reiki
Deep Healing, Deep Peace: Reflexology and Reiki
Service Description
Unwind and rebalance with Reflexology and Reiki. This powerful combination brings together the ancient art of reflexology, focusing on specific pressure points on your feet to promote physical wellbeing, with the gentle, balancing energy of Reiki for profound emotional and spiritual healing. Reflexology helps to stimulate your body's natural healing processes, improve circulation, and release tension, while Reiki channels universal life force energy to clear blockages, reduce stress, and restore your inner balance. Together, these complementary therapies offer a truly holistic approach to health and relaxation. Whether you're seeking relief from daily stress, support for specific concerns, or simply a moment of pure tranquility, my Reflexology with Reiki sessions are designed to leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised, and feeling more balanced and grounded. Wear comfortable clothes, and have a bottle of water with you.
